Glass artist Hank Adams designed this unique face vase after a friend of his for Blenko Glass Co. Made by hand this large vase is done in ice blue glass. Blown and sculpted by master craftsmen this unique vase stands 19 inches tall and is 9 inches in width. We only have one of these beauties and it is signed by Richard Blenko. We only have one of these.
